Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs of your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@antiquites-chaumont-bordeaux.com indicating your name and your order number, and we will review it for you.
