Antique paten for 18th century silver and vermeil chalice IHS

Former Paten for Chalice late 18th century.

Round in shape, decorated with the Crown of Thorns and in the center with the inscriptions: "IHS" and the Cross.

Several hallmarks:

Hallmark of the Goldsmiths' Association (1795-1797).

Hallmark 1st Rooster Paris (1797-1809) 950/1000

Hallmark of large guarantee Paris (85).

Diameter: 14.5 cm. Center: 7.5 cm. Weight: 128 g.

Solid silver and vermeil. Illegible silversmith.

Good condition, we note wear and tear on the vermeil around the Crown of Thorns.

Some small dents on the perimeter and a very slight deformation. Traces of time.
