Refund policy

Return Period We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive the last item in your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests made after this period.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, and with its original packaging and any original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Make a Return Please contact us at info@antiquites-chaumont-bordeaux.com before shipping anything back. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For international shipments, the package must include a CN23 form with the "Returned goods" box checked and the "Sale of goods" indication crossed out. Any invoices originally attached to the outside of the package must also be included.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: info@antiquites-chaumont-bordeaux.com.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned: vintage wines and spirits (perishable goods) and custom-made or personalized orders. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item in question and place a separate new order.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union) In accordance with Article L.121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a statutory period of fourteen (14) full days from the receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason. When this time limit expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the customer has an additional fourteen (14) days to return the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and box, in perfect condition. Products that are soiled, creased, damaged, scratched, stained, or washed will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of one month, in accordance with Article L.121-21-4 of the Consumer Code.
