A very decorative sheet metal umbrella stand, entirely covered in repoussé brass.

Decoration on all sides of horizontal friezes: cherubs studying astronomy, flowers, egg-and-dart motifs.

Zinc interior, formerly lacquered.

Bronze tripod base, decorated with lion's paws.

Antique patina, good overall condition, some minor wear normal for its age.
