Old kitchen copper for pastry.

Slightly flared shape, rounded bottom, possibly for bain-marie cooking.

Interior tinned.

A forged-iron side handle.

Lid with raised rim. Forged-iron knob.

Assembled with wolf-tooth joints.

Height: 20 cm. Diameter: 17,6 cm.

Thickness 2mm.

Uncommon copper; there are signs of use, wear to the tin lining, and a rivet on the lid replaced by a screw.
