Antique preserving jar (capers) most likely from the late 18th century.
Conical shape, with a flared neck.
Light blue blown glass, with bubbles.
Trace of the pontil under the base.
An article by Curtis Morse, Ph. D. on Antique Bottle & Glass Collector from June 2023, clearly gives a precise date for this type of bottle, as being from the first period (1780-1830), with an attribution to a work from a glassworks in the Forêt de la Grésigne.
Good condition, signs of wear.
