Four women examine the contents (wedding gifts) of a large antique-style vase.

On view: 34.5 x 26.5 cm.

Frame: 36.5 x 28.5 cm.

Justification on the back by the merchant "Bonnet" around 1970 on his card:

"The good genre, continuation of the Directory period. Original engraving from the 1st printing. Beautiful engraving in the period colors."

There are some small foxing marks. Slight wear to the frame.
